Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.

These terms are the agreement between you and LiveMind Pty Ltd (ABN 75 672 933 550), an Australian company (“LiveMind”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of livemind.ai, its sub-sites, the LiveMind apps and our mobile apps (together, “LiveMind”). By creating an account or using LiveMind, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use LiveMind.
The short version
- You must be 18 or over.
- Plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Your plan’s Sparks refresh each month and don’t roll over. Sparks have no cash value.
- You own your content and, as far as the law allows, the AI output you create. We don’t train AI models on your content.
- AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it.
- Don’t use LiveMind for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
1. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use LiveMind.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away at hello@livemind.ai if you think someone else has used it.
- If you use LiveMind on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that business.
2. Plans, billing and cancelling
- Subscriptions: paid plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until you cancel. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
- Payment: payments are processed by our payment providers (currently Stripe). If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it’s sorted out.
- Cancelling: you can cancel any time in My Account → Subscriptions. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it won’t renew.
- Price changes: we’ll tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your plan, so you can cancel first if you don’t want to continue.
- App store purchases: if you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, their billing, cancellation and refund rules apply to that purchase.
3. Sparks
Sparks are LiveMind’s usage credits. AI features use Sparks, and the app shows what each action costs.
- Plan Sparks refresh every billing period. At each renewal your balance is reset to your plan’s monthly allowance, and unused Sparks don’t roll over.
- Free Sparks you receive when you sign up are a one-off trial allowance. They are replaced by your plan allowance when your first paid plan starts.
- When your plan ends (after cancelling, or if payment fails and isn’t fixed), any remaining plan Sparks expire at the end of your last paid period.
- Sparks have no cash value. They can’t be exchanged for money, transferred to another account or sold.
- We may change how many Sparks a feature costs, for example when an AI provider changes its prices. The current cost is always shown before or when you use the feature.
4. Refunds
Because every AI request costs us money to run, we don’t normally give refunds for part-months, unused Sparks, or Sparks you have already used. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see section 14). For example, if LiveMind has a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund. If something has gone wrong, contact us at hello@livemind.ai and we’ll look at it fairly.
5. Your content
- You own your content: the prompts, files, documents, images, audio and other material you put into LiveMind.
- You give us permission to store, copy, process and display your content, and to send it to our service providers (including AI model providers), only as needed to provide LiveMind to you. That includes making search of your own material work better for you.
- We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t sell it. See our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload, including permission from anyone whose personal information or likeness is in it.
- Shared links: files can be given web links so you can embed them in pages or share them. Anyone with a link may be able to view that file, so share links carefully.
6. AI output
- As between you and us, you own the output LiveMind generates for you, as far as the law allows. In some countries, AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright.
- AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it may be similar to output other people receive. It is not professional advice (such as legal, financial or medical advice).
- You’re responsible for how you use output, including checking it before you rely on it or publish it, and making sure your use doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use LiveMind to:
- break any law, or help anyone else do so;
- create or share content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or terrorism, or harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against anyone;
- create deceptive deepfakes or impersonate real people or organisations, or use anyone’s voice or likeness without their permission;
- infringe copyright, trade marks or other rights;
- send spam, scams or malware, or run phishing or fraud;
- record or process other people’s information without the notice or consent the law requires;
- hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer LiveMind, get around usage limits or Spark charges, or access other users’ accounts or data;
- resell or share your account, or use LiveMind to build a competing service;
- break the usage policies of the AI providers we use.
8. Teams and sharing
If you create a team, you control who is invited and what is shared with it. Team members can see content shared with the team. If you leave a team or it’s closed, content shared with it may remain with the team owner.
9. Third-party services
LiveMind relies on other companies’ services, such as AI model providers, payment processors, hosting, and integrations like Google sign-in or calendar booking. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We aren’t responsible for third-party services we don’t control, but we choose them carefully and tell you in our Privacy Policy how your information is shared with them.
10. Beta and experimental features
Some features are marked as beta, preview or experimental. They’re provided “as is”, may change or be removed at any time, and may not work reliably. Please don’t rely on them for anything critical.
11. Our intellectual property
LiveMind’s software, design, apps, name and logos belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use LiveMind while your account is active. They don’t transfer any ownership to you.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without paying you.
12. Changes to LiveMind
We’re constantly improving LiveMind, so we may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature of a paid plan, we’ll give you reasonable notice. If the change materially reduces what you’ve paid for, you can cancel and we’ll refund the unused part of your current billing period.
13. Suspension and closing accounts
- You can stop using LiveMind and close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@livemind.ai. Cancel your subscription first so you’re not charged again.
- We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don’t pay, use LiveMind in a way that puts other people or our service at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
- If we close your account without you being at fault, we’ll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- After an account is closed, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy, so download anything you want to keep first.
14. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those rights, or any other rights you have by law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for breaching a guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
15. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, and subject to section 14:
- LiveMind is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
- We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or loss of goodwill.
- Our total liability to you for all claims relating to LiveMind is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or AUD $100 if that is more.
- We aren’t responsible for loss caused by things outside our reasonable control, or by you breaking these terms.
Please keep your own copies of important content. We take reasonable care of your data but can’t guarantee it will never be lost.
16. Your responsibility to us
If you use LiveMind for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from claims by others that arise from your content or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to the extent the loss was caused by us.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change significantly affects you, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you don’t agree with the change, you can cancel before it takes effect and we’ll refund any prepaid fees for the period after that date. Smaller changes, such as clarifications and corrections, take effect when we post them here with a new “last updated” date.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland (and courts that can hear appeals from them) can decide any dispute. If you live outside Australia, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you that can’t be excluded by agreement. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together.
19. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and any terms shown when you buy something are the whole agreement between us about LiveMind.
- If part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- We may transfer these terms to a company that takes over LiveMind. You may not transfer them without our written agreement.
